There are many different trades and skills covered in the Arts and Sciences of the SCA. To name them all would simply take more time than anyone could possibly imagine, however here are a few disciplines to give you an idea of the scope of this area.

Fiber Arts (spinning, braiding, etc)

Calligraphy (scroll text)
Illumination (scroll artwork)

If you wish to learn more about a particular discipline or art, simply ask your local Chatelaine or local group. They should be able to direct you to someone skilled in your area of interest or at the very least, they should be able to put out a call to other nearby groups looking for someone with the knowledge you seek.
